RAW Care Tips

Washing
• Wash every 7–14 days, or as needed, to prevent product buildup.
• Use a sulfate-free and silicone-free shampoo and conditioner to preserve the hair’s natural quality.
• Gently massage the shampoo into the hair without tangling the strands, and always rinse thoroughly.

Conditioning & Hydration
• Apply a lightweight, hydrating conditioner from mid-length to ends (avoid the roots if extensions are attached).
• Use a leave-in conditioner or argan oil mist to keep the hair soft and manageable.
• Avoid excessive product use to prevent buildup.

Drying
• Pat dry with a microfibre towel—do not rub harshly.
• Allow the hair to air-dry when possible, or use a low-heat setting on a blow dryer.
• If extensions are taped or bonded, avoid direct heat on the bonds to prevent loosening.

Brushing & Detangling
- Use a wide-tooth comb or a gentle extension-friendly brush to detangle.
- Always start from the ends and work your way up to prevent breakage.
- Brush extensions at least twice a day to keep them smooth and tangle-free.

Styling
- Use heat protectant spray before styling with heat tools.
- Keep heat settings below 180°C to prevent damage.
- Avoid excessive product use, especially those containing alcohol, which can dry out the hair.

Sleeping
- Tie hair in a loose braid or ponytail to prevent tangling while sleeping.
- Use a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction and maintain smoothness.
